It is the project designer’s/property owner’s responsibility to show compliance on the drawings with all applicable Federal and State Accessibility Standards. City of Santa Ana does not have jurisdiction to enforce ADA compliance and it is the responsibility of designer. If applicable please remove notes referring to ADA compliance from drawings.
