If you feel that an item is not applicable to your project, note “N/A” and discuss the reason with the plan checker.Please indicate the sheet number and detail to the right of each correction, or note the number on the plans where the correction is made. Resubmit marked original, calculations and this correction sheet. A separate sheet for response may be used.Resubmit 2corrected sets of plans.Meetings between the project applicant/designer and the plan reviewer shall be by appointment only. - Proof of Worker’s Compensation Insurance shall be required at the time of permit issuanceShow path of travel from the curb ramp to coin laundry.Provide 48” top landing for the entire width of the curb ramp.Provide top view to show the roof over the enclosure and construction detail for the enclosure.Provide dimension of the enclosure.If there is a transformer inside the enclosure fire rating is required.Show distance from the enclosure to the property line.No opening allowed in 5 feet or less from the property line.
