Previously approved plans should be submitted to expedite the process. - Fire Department approval on the corrected/final sets of drawings (OCFA, 714-5736108)Proof of Worker’s Compensation Insurance shall be required at the time of permit issuanceOccupancies storing, handling, using, and/or selling hazardous materials, liquids, and chemicals shall submit a list of all said materials, listing their quantities and how they relate to specific California Building Code.On the drawings, indicate material name to be stored on the racks.Indicate spacing between racks on the drawings. CBC Section 1133B.6. Every portion of every building in which is installed seat merchandise, equipment, or similar materials shall be provided with aisles leading to an exit. Every aisle shall not be less than 36” wide if serving only one side, and not less than 44” wide if serving both sides. REVISE DRAWINGS.Note on the drawings locations and inscriptions of 50 square inch minimum size permanent plaques installed in conspicuous locations, showing the maximum permissible unit load in clear, legible print.
