Application is made through the Building Safety Division (647-5800) and the plan review is by the Public Works Agency (647-5039) - Proof of Worker’s Compensation Insurance shall be required at the time of permit issuanceSubmit complete structural calculation for this retaining wall with 8 feet fence wall above. The plans shall clearly call out maximum height of retaining. Per drawing on sheet C2, retaining could be up to 3.5 feet +-. And the note # 12 on sheet S1 calls maximum 2’8” of retaining.Plan check stopped due to lack of above information. Please resubmit the plans with full structural calculation and completed drawings.
