Previously approved plans should be submitted to expedite the process. - (OCFA)Fire Department approval on the corrected/final set of drawings (714-873-6126). - Public Works Agency approval (647-5039). - Proof of Worker's Compensation Insurance shall be required at the time of permit issuance.Please provide a list of revised items on the drawings (8.5”x11”) sheet is acceptable.Please insure that architectural and structural drawings match when altering exterior walls.
