The applicant shall obtain clearances/approvals for the following prior to building permit issuance: - Planning Division approval on the corrected/final set of drawings (647-5804). Previously approved plans should be submitted to expedite the process. - Proof of Worker’s Compensation Insurance shall be required at the time of permit issuance.CBC Table 11B-208.2 establishes the number of accessible parking spaces required. Revise the drawings to show atleast5disabled accessible parking spaces including_1__van accessible spaces for total of 107 parking spaces provided.Revise the drawings to show the words NO PARKING shall be painted on the ground within each loading and unloading access aisle. This notice shall be painted in white letters no less than 12” high and located so that it is visible to traffic enforcement officials. Engineering Calculation for this wall assumes the footing size and the vertical rebar in the wall to be #5 @ 16” O/C. Please indicate how this is verified.
