Previously approved plans should be submitted to expedite the process. - Orange County Fire Authority approval on the corrected/final sets of drawings ((714)573-6100) - Police Department approval on the corrected/final set of drawings (647-5840) - Public Works Agency approval (647-5039) - Proof of Worker’s Compensation Insurance shall be required at the time of permit issuanceProvide a cross section through the building to show the location of 2 mezzanines, main floor plan and the basement level.For the existing stairs, please show the up or down arrows to clearly indicating the direction of travel for each stair.The stairs from intermediate mezzanine level to first floor on sheet A-1.0 do not match the mezzanine plan on sheet A-1.4The stairs from basement level to first floor on sheet A-1.0 do not match the basement plan on sheet A-1.6The occupant load of the areas with fixed seating such as main sanctuary area and upper mezzanine area shall be determined based on the section 1004.4 of CBC and not section 1004.1.2. see red marks on sheet A-1.0 & A1.2Please modify the note “G” on the sheet A-1.0 as marked on the plan.Please use actual stair width for justifying the occupant load of each level. See red marks on sheet A1.2 & A-1.4See red marks on sheet A1.6 of drawings.Clearly show the final floor plan after removing the “RAISED BAPTITERY” area. Are the stairs on each side accessing this baptistery area will stay or removed. How about the wall on east side of this baptistery area? The occupant load sign to be posted shall indicate the maximum occupant load of each area. For the main sanctuary area, it shall read maximum occupant load 326. For the raised platform area, it shall read maximum occupant load 29. For the upper mezzanine area, it shall read maximum occupant load of 305. For the intermediate mezzanine area, it shall read maximum occupant load of____???.Please update the north arrow on the vicinity map. See sheet T-1.0 of drawing.The code edition on sheet GN-1.0 shall be updated as marked on this sheet.See other red marks on the plans. Please resubmit the marked up set with revise plan for recheck.
