Drawings must be presented in a clear, legible and organized manner conductive for plan review. Please provide existing and new roof framing plan.
Indicate detail and section reference as to their appropriate location on the plan view per calculation.
Plans shall be to scaled and dimensioned for all new and altered area.
Show roof pitch on all area of the roof.
Provide carbon Monoxide and smoke detector per CRC 314 and 315.
