The applicant shall obtain clearances/approvals for the following, prior to building permit issuance:
-Public Works Agency approval (647-5039).
-Proof of Worker's Compensation Insurance shall be required at the time of permit issuance.
The detail # 4/L2 is crossed out without a replacement detail. Provide a gate as part of the pool enclosure not to exceed 48 inches in width, it shall be self-closing and self-latching with the release at least 5 feet above the exterior grade. Santa Ana Municipal Code Section 8-20
Provide a note on the plan for existing wood fence to have no openings, holes, or gaps larger than 4 inches and the horizontal members of the fence, accessible from exterior, shall not be closer than 48 inches.Santa Ana Municipal Code Section 8-20
