All items noted on this plan check report must be addressed. If you feel that an item is not applicable to your project, note “N/A” and discuss the reason with the plan checker.Please indicate the sheet number and detail to the right of each correction, or note the number on the plans where the correction is made. Resubmit marked original, calculations and this correction sheet. A separate sheet for response may be used.Resubmit 3corrected sets of plans.Meetings between the project applicant/designer and the plan reviewer shall be by appointment only. Please call (714) 647-5831 for an appointment.Please return marked up set of drawings with corrections.This review does not include mechanical, plumbing, fire sprinkler system, or electrical work. Separate plans, applications, fees, plan checks, and permits are required for mechanical, plumbing, fire sprinkler systems, and electrical work. Call 647-5800 for information.Please remove any electrical plans.The applicant shall obtain clearances/approvals for the following prior to building permit issuance:
- Planning Division approval on the corrected/final set of drawings (647-5804.) Previously approved plans
should be submitted to expedite the process.Public Works Agency approval (647-5039)Fire Department approval on the corrected/final sets of drawings (714-573-6108) (New battery cabinet on 5th floor) - Proof of Worker’s Compensation Insurance shall be required at the time of permit issuanceThe valuation of improvements for the subject building permit application has been estimated at $125,000.00 Additional 1 hour accelerated plan check fee will be charged at time of building permit issuance. Provide as built drawings including parking structure of 5th floor existing deck and parapet where new and battery, RRU and TRI antennas are to be installed. As built drawings to be labeled as “ for reference only”On sheet A-1, A-3 and A-4 indicate floor level for proposed work for clarification.Provide structural calculations for vertical and lateral analysis for new battery, RRU and TRI antennas by a California licensed architect or engineer. Incorporate results of calculations into drawings prior to re-submittal. Incorporate detail/s into drawings as well. All existing and new work is subject to field inspection.Provide complete attachment/anchorage detail for new equipment on 5th floor deck. Also clarify on the drawings if existing deck of parking structure is penetrated for anchorage attachment and how to insure that existing rebar are not damaged door to new anchorage installation. Please refer to Plan check comment # 12 for required calculations. Provide complete attachment detail of new antennas at height of 81-11”.
