CITY OF SANTA ANA AMENDMENTS
Meetings between the project applicant/designer and the plan reviewer shall be by appointment only. Please indicate the sheet number and detail to the right of each correction, or note the number on the plans where the correction is made. Resubmit 2corrected sets of plans.Please return two set of corrected drawings with respond sheet.
All drawings and supporting documents shall be prepared, stamped and signed by a California licensed architect or registered civil/ structural engineer on final drawings and must be submitted at once as a complete package for review.
Submit complete dimensioned roof plan. Identify location, size and spacing of all existing roof members, including all existing bearing walls and columns. Location of existing interior /exterior shear walls may be required.
Structural calculations may be required for design and justification of existing roof framing members, depending on size and spacing of existing roof framing members.Identify on the drawings if skylight and AC is existing or new. Additional plan check comments to follow if new.Reference sheet PV-4, indicate spacing of “L-Foot” (Attachment to roof) and show how attachment is made to existing roof members and not to metal roof.Indicate ICC approval for all attachments when penetration is made to existing roof.
