Previously approved plans should be submitted to expedite the process. - Police Department approval on the corrected/final set of drawings (647-5840) - Public Works Agency approval (647-5039)- Proof of Worker’s Compensation Insurance shall be required at the time of permit issuanceNote on the drawings that the wall is to be rebuilt as part of car damaged and the new wall to be built in exact location as old damaged wall. Provide a site plan showing location of recorded property lines. The proposed block wall to be built within the property lines including the foundation portion. Show location of exit door/s including gate to meet minimum exiting requirement from the site. Minimum of two exit gates is required. Show location and landing on each side of gate. Show accessible door latch from inside of subject property and operable from inside without special knowledge or key.Revise structural calculations for design and justification of 10’.0” wall as shown on sheet S-1. Structural calculation is based on 8’-0” height. Incorporate results of revised calculations into drawings prior to re-submittal. Revise structural calculations for minimum foundation/footing design requirements for small projects per City of Santa-Ana internal policy as follows: - Allowable foundation pressure not to exceed 1000 PSF. - Footing to have minimum reinforcement of: 2 #4 at top and 2 #4 at bottom. - The minimum depth of footings below undisturbed ground surface to be 12 inches. Spiffy special inspection for Hilti bolt with ICC approval # 1385.
