The applicant shall obtain clearances/approvals for the following, prior to building permit issuance:
-Proof of Worker's Compensation Insurance shall be required at the time of permit issuance.Show the location(s) smoke alarm(s) with a battery back up in each sleeping room of each apartment. Also, show location of smoke alarm in the hallway(s) leading to the sleeping rooms. A detector shall be located in close proximity to the sleeping rooms.per requirements of section 420.5 of CBCShow location of Carbon monoxide alarm in each apartment unit per requirements of section 420.6.2 .2 of CBC.
