Previously approved plans should be submitted to expedite the process. - Orange County Fire Authority approval on the corrected/final sets of drawings ((714)573-6100) - Public Works Agency approval (647-5039) - Proof of Worker’s Compensation Insurance shall be required at the time of permit issuanceThis building was permitted on 02/02/2000 with a condition of maintaining 4-60’ yard around it. Per definition of Building Code, a “YARD” has to be maintain unobstructed from the ground to the sky. Placement of this “clean energy server” at the location shown on the plan eliminates portion of the required yard. There are 2 solutions for the above issue. Solution one is to locate this “clean energy server” out of the required 4-60’ yard. Solution two is to reevaluate the building area per California Building Code with a partial yard in the back.
