should be submitted to expedite the process.
- Public Works Agency approval (647-5039)
- Proof of Worker’s Compensation Insurance shall be required at the time of permit issuanceFor detail 5/A11 to be 2-Hour rated partition wall, one additional layer of 5/8” type “X” GYP needs to be added to this wall.The key note #2 on sheet A01 shall revise the reference from 3/A11 TO 5/A11.The recheck for this plan can be done over the counter.
