All drawings and supporting documents shall be prepared, stamped, and signed by a California licensed architect or registered professional engineer. (CRC R301.1.3, CBC 107.1 and 107.3.4.1).
Provide post for beam number 3.
6x14 ridge beam is supported over 4x4 post ?
Two different type of shearwall with different stiffness cannot be installed on the same line.
For hardy frame , provide shear value table per manufacturer. And also provide complete installation detail to show exact size of the footing, anchorage, plate size,….
