Fixtures shall be set level and in proper alignment with reference to adjacent walls. No water closet or bidet shall be set closer than fifteen (15) inches from its center to any side wall or obstruction nor closer than thirty (30) inches center to center to any similar fixture. The clear space in front of any water closet or bidet shall be not less than twelve-four (24) inches. No urinal shall be set closer than twelve (12) inches from its center to any wall or partition nor closer than twenty-four (24) inches center to center. Exception: The installation of paper dispensers or accessibility grab bars shall not be considered obstructions.Sheet 2: Specify landing and dimensions on the plan. R311.3 Floors and landings at exterior doors. There shall be a landing or floor on each side of each exterior door. The width of each landing shall not be less than the door served. Every landing shall have a minimum dimension of 36 inches measured in the direction of travel. Exterior landings shall be permitted to have a slope not to exceed ¼ unit vertical in 12 units horizontal (2 percent) Exception: Exterior balconies less than 60 square feet and only accessible from a door are permitted to have a landing less than 36 inches measured in the direction of travel.Sheet 3 – Detail 2: Specify anchor bolt spacing and plate washer minimum size on detail 2.Sheet 3 – Detail 2: Specify footing depth and width.Sheet 3 – Detail 2: Specify 3 inch minimum clearance between bottom of rebar and exposed earth.Sheet 3 – Detail 3: Provide shear transfer detailing from roof diaphragm to braced wall below.
