Enlarge booth sheets to 18”x24” to be legible.Submit a signed copy of the contract showing labor and materials for all work to be done under the subject building permit application. Also indicate the architectural and structural fees to be included to determine the valuation of project. The valuation is estimated to be at $50,000.00.
