Reference Sheet 16 of structural calculations, In lieu of soils investigation report per Sections 1803.6 of the 2013 California Building Code, revise structural calculations for minimum foundation/footing design requirements for small projects as follows: - Allowable foundation pressure not to exceed 1000 PSF. - Footing to have minimum reinforcement of: 2 #4 at top and 2 #4 at bottom.Valuation of proposed project is calculated as $35,000.00. A minimum of 20% of valuation of construction is required to be spent towards providing disabled access in the priority order noted below. Revise the drawings to show compliance. Drawings submitted to the Building Division for review shall provide complete drawings to provide the following information to insure compliance with CBC Division 2, Chapter 11B: - An accessible entrance - An accessible route to the altered area - Accessible restrooms - Accessible telephone (if any) - Accessible drinking fountains, and - Parking, signage and alarms
