If you feel that an item is not applicable to your project, note “N/A” and discuss the reason with the plan checker.Please indicate the sheet number and detail to the right of each correction, or note the number on the plans where the correction is made. A separate sheet for response may be used.Resubmit 2corrected sets of signed and stamped plans.Meetings between the project applicant/designer and the plan reviewer shall be by appointment only. Please call (714) 647-5831 for an appointment.Provide dimensioned roof plan to show span of existing and new roof framing members including the pacing of existing columns. Provide platform detail showing positive attachment of platform to roof and equipment to platform. Indicate approved ICC sealant for all roof penetrations. Submit structural calculations for holdown attachment of equipment and platform. Incorporate results of structural calculations into drawings prior to re-check.
