R311.3.2 Floor elevations for other exterior doors. Doors other than the required egress door shall be provided with landings or floors not more than 7-3/4” inches below the top of the threshold.
Exception: A landing is not required where a stairway of two or fewer risers is located on the exterior side of the door, provided the door does not swing over the stairway.Sheet 2: Verify if existing windows in bedroom #3 and existing bedroom #1 will be remained in place or in-filled with wall covering.Sheet 2: Provide one additional outlet in master bedroom at the East wall. Sheet 3: Garage cross-section should be labeled as “Section C” per reference on sheet 4.Sheet 4, Sheet D1, and Sheet D2: Engineer On Record shall stamp and signs all structural drawings and structural details on the plan.Structural Design Calculations page 4: The shear wall aspect ratio on calculations shown as 7/2.5 = 2.5. However, garage cross-section on sheet 3 shows wall height of 9 foot.Structural Design Calculations page 4: Aspect Ratio factor “1.09-0.09H/L” is used. However, per SDPWS-2008 Table 4.3.4 Footnote 1 & 3. The aspect ratio factor applies to Structural fiberboards.
