The applicant shall, prior to resubmitting, complete all construction documents to show compliance with the 2013 California Building Standards Code with local amendments.This review does not include plumbing or electrical work. - Planning Division approval on the corrected/final set of drawings (647-5804.) Previously approved plans
should be submitted to expedite the process.
- Fire Department approval on the corrected/final sets of drawings ((714)573-6100)
- Public Works Agency approval (647-5039)
- Proof of Worker’s Compensation Insurance shall be required at the time of permit issuanceIf a walk crosses or adjoins a vehicular way, and the walking surfaces are not separated by curbs, railings or other elements between the pedestrian areas and vehicular areas, the boundary between the areas shall be defined by a continuous detectable warning which is 36” wide, complying with the CBC Section 11B-705.
Detectable Warning Product Approval. Only approved Division of the State Architect, Access Compliance (DSA/AC) approved detectable warning products and directional surfaces shall be installed in accordance with CBC Section 11B-705.Provide information on these plans to confirm that pre-cast truncated dome pavers shown on sheet L0.2 comply with requirements of CBC Section 11B-705.The following sheets of this set of plans are marked as: “FOR REFERNCE ONLY”. Sheets L1.1, L2.1, L2.2, L3.1, L3.2, & L4.1. However, there is information on these sheets that may be part of this permit. Please review these sheets and make sure that they are not relevant to this permit. The plan check # 10186760 is submitted with this plansfor demoing the “CANOPY STRUCTURE”. Please show the location of this canopy structure on the site plan with all the relevant information. The light pole base shown on sheet L4.1, detail “H”, shall be deleted since detail B/L0.2 is the engineered detail for this job.
