Planning division has approved “Entry gate” on the title sheet. However, plan shows trash enclosures, shade structure, fence walls and pilaster wall details. Sheet “LC-0.01”: Wall schedule cross references details “1/ LC-5.01 and 2/LC-5.01”. However, sheet LC-5.01 is missing on the plan.Sheet “LC-1.01”: The pedestrian gates are required to be accessible. Specify the clear width, maneuvering clearances for the push and pull sides, ground surface slope, threshold, hardware type and height, closing speed, opening force and gate surface. See 2013 CBC Section 11B-404 for detailed specifications.Sheet “LS1”: Remove details not within the scope of work on the permit. Provide structural calculations for gate footing design.
