Previously approved plans should be submitted to expedite the process. - Proof of Worker’s Compensation Insurance shall be required at the time of permit issuanceNote on drawing: “Exit doors shall be openable from the inside without the use of a key or any special knowledge or effort.”Note on the drawings: “Maximum effort to operate doors shall not exceed 5 pounds for exterior doors and interior doors, such pull or push effort being applied at right angles to hinged doors and at the center place of sliding or folding doors. CBC Chapter 11B, Required the bottom 10” of all doors except automatic and sliding shall have a smooth uninterrupted surface to allow the door to be opened by a wheelchair footrest without creating a trap or hazardous condition.Show compliance for the new / relocated door.The access aisles for accessible stalls shall be level with surface slopes not exceeding 1 unit vertical in 50 units horizontal (2% slope) in all directions.See note # 29 on sheet A1.2See red marks on sheet A2.1
