However, Engineer On Record’s expiration date on the plan has been expired (December 31, 2015). Through record research on Department of Consumer Affairs website, Engineer On Record license number 3703 is valid until December 31, 2017. However, expiration date on the plan must match the public record. Please revise the Structural Engineer’s expiration date on plan and the first page of structural calculations.
