Previously approved plans should be submitted to expedite the process. - Public Works Agency approval (647-5039). - Proof of Worker’s Compensation Insurance shall be required at the time of permit issuancePlease coordinate the sheet A-1.1 with sheet A-0.5 for locations of exit sign.Make a note on these plans that new floor area (steel beams and concrete deck) to have minimum 2 hours fire-resistance rating per Table 601 of CBC. Beams to be fire proofed.
