Call 647-5800 for information.The applicant shall obtain clearances/approvals for the following prior to building permit issuance: - Planning Division approval on the corrected/final set of drawings (647-5804). Previously approved plans should be submitted to expedite the process. - Public Works Agency approval (647-5039). - Proof of Worker’s Compensation Insurance shall be required at the time of permit issuance.The valuation of improvements for the subject building permit application has been calculated to be $60,000.Provide a wall legend indicating whether the wall is: - A fire-resistive assembly - Bearing walls versus non-bearing partitionsNote on the floor plan the use and occupant load of each room and/or area based on CBC Section 1004 and Table 1004.1.1. Refer to Table 1015.1 for spaces with one means of egress based on maximum occupant load.Provide typical full height cross sections through new partitions showing: - Size, spacing, and material of framing members. - Note gauge and ICC Research Report number and installation/construction requirements for metal framing members.Specify the height of the ceiling above the top of the partition.Complete structural calcs and detailing are required for the storage racks.Add note to plans that all exit doors to be openable from the inside without the use of any special skill or knowledge.Please note the dimension from the center of the toilet is a range 17 to 18 inches.Provide more details to clarify the partition separating the storage from the showroom.Specify the type of material that will be stored in the storage areas to qualify as S1 or S2Part of the demo plan you are showing a door being closed that is coming from the adjoining space. Provide a floor plan of the adjoining plan that show the door is not a required exit for the adjoining space. ( provide adequate information as to the occupant load to establish the proper number of exits required.)
