Sheet S1: Uni-struts are typically tie to the roof rafter for hood installations. Existing 2x4 ceiling joists members at 16” on center are inadequate without additional support.Sheet S1: Provide curb detail with flashing and use double rafter-joists at opening. Use blockings in between openings.
