The applicant shall obtain clearances/approvals for the following, prior to building permit issuance:Planning Division approval on the corrected/final set of drawings (647-5804). However, architectural drawings show at continuous roof-sloped condition. Revise drawing and show structural connection detail as “similar”.At the end of the 6x12 dropped beam. The support condition shows “4x6 KP”. However, it appears the support post extend continuously to the footing with a 30 inches square pad footing support. Verify shear-wall length between grid-line “B” and grid-line “1”.Sheet S-3Detail 12 shows 4 inches thick concrete slab. However, foundation plan shows 5 inches thick slab. Verify discrepancy.Specify connection between roof joist and dropped-beam on detail 17.Sheet T-24Provide signatures on page 6 of 6.The insulation value at ceiling below attic is R-51. This value is unusually high. Please verify design or provide product specification-sheet with tested insulation value.
