Call 647-5800 for information.The applicant shall obtain clearances/approvals for the following prior to building permit issuance: - Proof of Worker’s Compensation Insurance shall be required at the time of permit issuance. Show a floor plan with the location of the storage tank.Provide support for the storage tankSpecify the occupancy group and the type of construction of the buildings.Show locations of all fire walls, fire partitions and fire barriers and clarify how you intend to make the pipe penetrations and any walls that you intend to open up to install any pipes and reseal it.Please note this project is for an apartment building where the floor and the roof might be fire rated. In addition all the partitions separating the units are fires rated and have an STC rating. Please provide details to show which walls are being penetrated, the fire rating of the wall, and a detail that shows compliance with the code. In addition, some of the wall might have to be opened up; and hence a detail showing how to close the wall and maintain the rating of the wall need to be provided on plans.Provide a floor plan that shows where these pipes will be located.If these pipes are going into exterior walls, the fire rating of the wall and the fire separation distance from the property line or from any assumed property line should be shown on plans. If there are more than one building on the site, the distances between the buildings should be shown on the plans.Note to plan checker: these are multiple permits 10188353, 10188354, 10188355, 10188356, complete screens for all of them.
