Previously approved plans should be submitted to expedite the process. - Public Works Agency approval (647-5039) The 10ft wall partition is spanning between the floor and the top plat, the top plate is distributing the load to the walls perpendicular to the top plate. Please note a 2x4 is not adequate to support the load and span the 10’-9”.The detail on the lower left corner of sheet 2 is for a metal stud. Please revise.
