Call 647-5800 for information.The applicant shall obtain clearances/approvals for the following prior to building permit issuance: Proof of Worker’s Compensation Insurance shall be required at the time of permit issuance.Drawings must be to scale and be on 18” x 24” minimum sheets. - Scale of drawings must be large enough to ensure legibility. - Provide a fully dimensioned Floor Plan. - Provide a fully dimensioned site plan on each set of plans. - Provide a fully dimensioned site plan on a separate 8½” x 11” sheet of paper. - Show all property lines of record on the site plan. Show compliance with CBC Section 704 and CBCTables 601, 602, and 704.8.The lettering on the 8.5 X11 S1 and S2 sheet is so small it is not readable.Specify on the plan the size and weight of all units to be removed and the proposed to be installed.Provide a full framing plan that shows all framing members and their supports.Structural detail on 1/s4 is showing a roof curb by others and is called existing? Please clarify.Will the new equipment be placed on the same curb? Is the new equipment the same weight as the one removed?Identify all field welds by the flag provide a note that all others will be doin an approved fabricator shop.Calcs call for Low roof deck and high roof deck it is not clear from the plans where they are located. It appears from the plans that all the decks are on the same level.The existing members are being reinforced to support a heavier load, what about the rest of the horizontal members and vertical members, are they being overstressed and by how much.Please keep in mind that this is a dead load and as such it will contribute to the lateral load. It will be ok if the added load is within the limits of CBC chapter 34.Provide detail for the attachment of the mechanical units the structure. Provide architectural detail for the water proofing of the membrane penetrations.The added extensions on the existing I beams, is this located within the ceiling assembly? Please clarify using details and notes.
