Thank for providing the sequence of construction, however, I don’t see stamp and signature of the original soils engineer for the proposed building addition and the structural engineer of records for this “soil improvement” design.  Please see comments # 1 & 2 of my plan check report dated 2/16/2016. I left you a voice message today. Please give me a call and let me know when you are going to secure their approvals for this package.The jet grouting design information submitted for Building Safety Division review is incomplete. The applicant shall, prior to resubmitting this defer submittal to the City, submit this design to the geotechnical engineer of records for review and approval, then this design shall be approved by the structural engineer of the records for his review and acceptance.Since this is not an everyday type of work for foundation plan, this soils improvement shall be well documented of the procedures and steps involve plus it needs to be followed by a final report signed and stamped by the geotechnical engineer in charged and approved by the original engineer of records.Please indicate on this design the requirements for deputy inspection or special inspection for this soils improvement?
