Previously approved plans should be submitted to expedite the process. - Police Department approval on the corrected/final set of drawings (647-5840) - Proof of Worker’s Compensation Insurance shall be required at the time of permit issuanceFloor live load. The uniformly distributed floor live load for storage area is 125 PSF. The existing retail space was not designed for more than 75 PSF. Provide structural analysis for these storage areas to justify that the existing floor can resist storage live load or provide the reinforcement for existing floor framing to increase its capacity for proposed use.Provide a rated door between rated corridor in the back & the tenant space # 556 to comply with chapter 10 of CBC.
