Call 647-5800 for information.] The applicant shall obtain clearances/approvals for the following, prior to building permit issuance: -Planning Division approval on the corrected/final set of drawings (647-5804). Previously approved plans should be submitted to expedite the process. Please indicate that the smoke alarm and Carbom monoxide alard to be hard wired. Report of fire damage indicates that some of the floor joists are to be replaced, indicate which and what size. Is the porch going to be enclosed? Can’t tell from the plans. Any of the existing plywood acting as shear walls wis going to be replaced? Specify where the plywood shown on the plan will be installed. Detain 4 on S1.2 is inconsistent with the plans. Provide an appropriate detail. Detail 5 on S1.2 is called out but not provided. Is the 4x8 supporting the king post or viseversa. Clarify. The ridge is shown to be supported on a king post that is going nowhere. If the 4x8 is supported on the existing 4X post, please show how. Detail 7 on S1.2, is this a concrete footing or concrete slab? Are any of the kitchen walls and/or porch railing, stairs are to be replaced? If so make sure is identified on the plans.
