Provide note to indicate “FOR REFERENCE ONLY” on all four sheets.Sheet S2: Indicate existing structural elements or proposed structural elements on roof framing plan and floor framing plan. (stringers, wide-flanges, and roof rafters)Structural calculations page 2: Calculations show vertical reinforcement with #5 at 8 inches on center. However, plan shows #6 at 12 inches on center vertical. Structural calculations page 5: Calculations show out-of-plane wall anchorage to be Simpson PA35. However, Simpson PA35 is not shown on plan.Structural calculations page 5: P lateral load is shown as 3,000 lb applies on top of the Ordinary Moment Frame. It is unclear how the lateral load was calculated.
