The applicant shall, prior to resubmitting, complete all construction documents to show compliance with the 2013 California Building Standards Code with local amendments.Provide structural calculations and drawings, stamped and signed by a California licensed architect or registered civil engineer for: - Seismic design of the components and their attachment to the roof structure per ASCE-7 Section 13.4. ( equation 13.3-1) - Components and their attachments shall be bolted, welded or otherwise positively fastened to the structural system of the building. Details on sheet shall be supported by structural calculations. - Provide dimensions on the roof plan to show separation required between the proposed system and fixed objects on the roof.Sheets A2 & A3 refers to 2X6 @ 24” O.C. roof rafters. Please remove this note sine this building has concrete roof system. Also the detail # 2/A5 shall be modified for the same reason.All drawings and supporting documents shall be prepared, stamped and signed by a California licensed architect or registered civil engineer.This review does not include mechanical, plumbing, fire sprinkler system, or electrical work. Separate plans, applications, fees, plan checks, and permits are required for mechanical, plumbing, fire sprinkler systems, and electrical work.
