The recheck for your project was completed this morning; 05/03/2016, and the following items from the original plan check list are not done/ completed at this time. See the list below for items # 9, & 12.
Also, the pool wall details and information is not resubmitted at this time. Plus 3 new items are added to the original package, Mail Stations, light standards, and Secondary gates.
For the mail station, please show compliance with CBC Sections 11B-228.2, 11B-309 & 11B-809 or clearly note on these plans that this mail station will serve only the Single Family Dwellings and is not serving the Covered Multifamily Dwellings.
For the light standards, please show the location of them on the site plan and provide structural calculation and construction details for the foundation of these lights.
For the secondary gates, please show compliance with CBC Chapter 10 for these gates.
See other red marks on the plans. Please resubmit the marked up set with revised plan for recheck.All items noted on this plan check report must be addressed. If you feel that an item is not applicable to your project, note “N/A” and discuss the reason with the plan checker.Please indicate the sheet number and detail to the right of each correction, or note the number on the plans where the correction is made. Resubmit marked original, calculations and this correction sheet. A separate sheet for response may be used.Resubmit 3corrected sets of plans.Meetings between the project applicant/designer and the plan reviewer shall be by appointment only. Please call (714) 647-5862 for an appointment.The drawings/information submitted for Building Safety Division review is incomplete. The applicant shall, prior to resubmitting, complete all construction documents to show compliance with the 2013 California Building Standards Code with local amendments and to clearly indicate the scope of work under this building permit application. The permit applications submitted for this review are for:Trash enclosures, Patio trellis, Electronic gate, and Pool wall with trellis & gate.Plans shall clearly show scope of work, locations on the site plan, & construction details. Plan check stopped due to this fact.
All drawings and supporting documents shall be prepared, stamped, and signed by a California licensed architect or registered engineer. Include address and telephone number of the responsible designer and date of signing of drawings.
This review does not include mechanical, plumbing or electrical work. Separate plans, applications, fees, plan checks, and permits are required for mechanical, plumbing, and electrical work. Call 647-5800 for information.
The applicant shall obtain clearances/approvals for the following, prior to building permit issuance:
-Planning Division approval on the corrected/final set of drawings (647-5804). Previously
approved plans should be submitted to expedite the process.
-Public Works Agency approval (647-5039).
- Proof of Worker's Compensation Insurance shall be required at the time of permit issuance.
Indicate detail and section references as to their appropriate location on plan views.
