Previously approved plans should be submitted to expedite the process. - Police Department approval on the corrected/final set of drawings (647-5840) - Public Works Agency approval (647-5039)( if work in the public way) - Proof of Worker’s Compensation Insurance shall be required at the time of permit issuanceDetail 4 on S1 does not make sense, are you attaching the tube to an existing two hour wall by #10 tek?. Pay attention to the existing fire rated wall construction .Clarify what are the finishing material on the ceiling joists.Dimension the width of the glass panels within the tubes.The interior wall between the two offices; is it the same as the wall shown in section A? How is the top tube connected to the tubes perpendicular to it.Bracing details don’t make sense section A and elevation A-A, please have a look at them clarify how many of them where they are located etc.Please note the braces are supporting the steel tubes on the top of the glass partition. Either the tubes can span between points of support, or the ceiling with the drywall creates a diaphragm or braces are provided to support the top tubes, either case proper details or analysis should be provided. Detail 1 is not clear or adequate. Support the brace to the metal tube not the ceiling joist.
