All items noted on this plan check report must be addressed. If you feel that an item is not applicable to your project, note “N/A” and discuss the reason with the plan checker.Please indicate the sheet number and detail to the right of each correction, or note the number on the plans where the correction is made. Resubmit marked original, calculations and this correction sheet. A separate sheet for response may be used.Resubmit 3corrected sets of plans.Meetings between the project applicant/designer and the plan reviewer shall be by appointment only. Please call (714) 647-5866 for an appointment.Provide revised approval letter from Thornton Tomasetti dated May 3, 2016 to including compliance to 2013 California Building Code as well as ASCE 41. Also provide registered structural engineer stamp on the letter per original agreement.Provide SEOR signature on all sheet of the construction plans. Sheet SR3.4 has not been signed.Remove/revise Note 1 on structural floor plans which states “drawing are … for pricing only”Brace #1 is missing on ground floor plan SR1.11. Please show on plans. Brace #22 is missing on third floor plan SR1.13. Please show on plans.Provide drag connection detail where the existing gravity beam column connection is a web connection and does not match details 15 or 17/SR3.4. Several such drag locations are on shown on the floor plans.Show stiffener plate T2 and field welding on Sections A for both details 15 or 17/SR3.4.Details 15 or 17/SR3.4 have the new side plate T which have some lengths L which do not match minimum 8” weld lengths shown.
