The symbol shall be mounted at 58 inches minimum and 60 inches maximum above the finish floor or ground surface measured from the centerline of the symbol. Where a door is provided the symbol shall be mounted within 1 inch of the vertical centerline of the door.Detail B: Specify signage shall have 0.25 inches in thickness.11B-703.7.2.6.1 Men’s toilet and bathing facilities. Men’s toilet and bathing facilities shall be identified by an equilateral triangle, ¼ inch thick with edges 12 inches long and a vertex pointing upward. The triangle symbol shall contrast with the door, either light on a dark background or dark on a light background.11B-703.7.2.6.2 Women’s toilet and bathing facilities. Women’s toilet and bathing facilities shall be identified by a circle, ¼ inch thick and 12 inches in diameter. The centerline of the water closet shall be 17 inches minimum to 18 inches maximum from the side wall or partition. Revise note #4 under H/C Toilet Facilities. A minimum 60 inches wide and 48 inches deep maneuvering space shall be provided in front of the water closet.Revise note #1 under Grab bar at Water Closet.
