Resubmit marked original, calculations and this correction sheet. Please call (714) 647-5830 for an appointment.Please return marked up set of drawings with corrections.Sheet E1.0: Specify a third-party research report number for the proposed elevator under keynote #4.Sheet E1.0 and elevator specifications: Elevator specifications complying with Section 11B-408 is not available on plan. At a minimum, provide notes from Section 11B-408 on plan.Sheet A2.1: Provide a cross-sectional drawing at elevator landing on the second floor. Show guard rail or wall partition details at the edge of landing adjacent to stairway. In addition, show minimum headroom clearance requirement is met on cross-sectional drawing.Sheet S2.1: The length of elevator enclosure is 7’-6” along the direction of elevator door opening. The footing width is 9’-6”. However, edge distance requires 18 inches edge-distance at each end of footing length. Extend footing depth and show 18 inches edge distance on foundation plan at each end.Sheet S2.1: Embedment length at hold-down HDU-14 is 12 inches measured from the low-side of concrete footing. The elevator foundation is only 12 inches deep. Ensure embedment depth plus concrete cover depth is adequate.
