Call 647-5800 for information.The applicant shall obtain clearances/approvals for the following prior to building permit issuance: - Planning Division approval on the corrected/final set of drawings (647-5804). Previously approved plans should be submitted to expedite the process. - Police Department approval on the corrected/final set of drawings (647-5840). - Public Works Agency approval (647-5039). - Proof of Worker’s Compensation Insurance shall be required at the time of permit issuance.The valuation of improvements for the subject building permit application has been calculated to be $15,000.00.Provide a wall legend indicating whether the wall is: - Existing, new, or to be removed - A fire-resistive assembly - Bearing walls versus non-bearing partitionsNote on the floor plan the use and occupant load of each room and/or area based on CBC Section 1004 and Table 1004.1.1. Refer to Table 1015.1 for spaces with one means of egress based on maximum occupant load.Provide typical full height cross sections through new partitions showing: - Size, spacing, and material of framing members. - Note gauge and ICC Research Report number and installation/construction requirements for metal framing members. - Provide on the drawings details for the lateral support of partitions, rails and similar space dividers. - Fire-blocks in combustible construction in accordance with CBC Section 717. Show location(s) and provide typical construction details.According to the code enforcement notes, suite F1 was never permitted. The Tenant improvement plans is to create suit F1, hence all the walls between F and F1 are new. In addition the tenant improvement includes suit F. Provide a floor plan of suit F to show compliance with exiting, and accessible means of egress.
