Exterior walls of detached garage/carport less than 5 feet from property line shall have one-hour fire-resistive construction on the exterior side with openings complying with 704.( 7/8) ‘’ sticco alone is not enough to make the wall 1 hr, you need to provide 5/8 type X drywall on the inside for the assembly to be 1-hr.
Rafter ties spaced 4 ft. (max.) on center are required immediately above ceiling joists which are not parallel to the rafters. (2308.10.4) But your ceiling joists as shown have one side located below the rafters; either change it to connect to the rafter, or add a tie connected to the rafter, or frovide a detail at the location where it is below the rafter to be able to suppot the rater.
Provide a framing and foundation plan for the patio cover, show sizes of all memebers.( it appears one footing and one post is missing, if the intention is to have the 6x6 cantilevered, it should be designed as such). Otherwise, add the footing at the edge of the patio and the 6X6. Show the spacing of the 6X6 posts on plans.
