Resubmit marked original, calculations and this correction sheet. Please call (714) 647-5830 for an appointment.Previous plan check comments have been corrected.During initial field-inspection on the sixth floor, City building inspector identified existing plumbing fixtures have been removed. Openings at floor-ceiling assembly are present where existing plumbing fixtures were removed. Please provide the following fire protection details:
Fire stopping details at existing plumbing fixture openings at floor-ceiling assembly.
Fire stopping details on all new plumbing piping and electrical conduits.
Membrane penetrations in Room 641.
Provide standard fire-stopping and fire membrane penetration details where construction on the 4th floor, 7th floor and 8th floor requires fire protections on existing openings.On sheet 1A-1.6, existing doors at elevator-lobby are replaced with a one-hour wall. It appears 2 hour rated wall is required at elevator enclosure. Revise fire rating at necessary.
