- Proof of Worker’s Compensation Insurance shall be required at the time of permit issuanceProvide 2 exit access doorways complying with the requirements of Section 1015.2.1 exception 2 from the remaining area of suite 100. (A minimum of 54 feet is required between exit doors).See other red marks on sheets: T1, HC2, A3, & D1. Please resubmit the marked up set with revised plans.Recheck could be done over the counter.
