All items noted on this plan check report must be addressed. If you feel that an item is not applicable to your project, note “N/A” and discuss the reason with the plan checker.Please indicate the sheet number and detail to the right of each correction, or note the number on the plans where the correction is made. Resubmit marked original, calculations and this correction sheet. A separate sheet for response may be used.Resubmit 3 corrected sets of plans.( you can slip sheet the corrected sheets.Meetings between the project applicant/designer and the plan reviewer shall be by appointment only. Please call (714) 647-5848 for an appointment.On 1st sheet of plans specify that special inspection is required for all 5000 psi concret.Provide structural calcs for the 8 ft. tall wall enclosure. Please clarify if the posts are prefabricated, to be poured in place, or have an ICC approval report.I reviewed the calcs for the proposed wall;Either provide structural calcs and steel reinforcement in the caisson, or provide a steel tube that is 3” from the bottom of the caisson. Currently the steel tube is shown 2.5’ from the bottom.Provide specs on the FRP, thickness strength etc to shoe it could span the distance shown on the plans.
