The recheck of your plans were completed this morning, 07-21-2016; and plans are approved subject to items # 3 and 5 from the list below. Plans are at the plan check counter for you to pick them up and obtain the approval/ clearance for these items before permit issuance.Resubmit 2corrected sets of plans.
This review does not include mechanical, plumbing or electrical work. Separate plans, applications, fees, plan checks, and permits are required for mechanical, plumbing, and electrical work. Call 647-5800 for information.
The applicant shall obtain clearances/approvals for the following, prior to building permit issuance:
-Planning Division approval on the corrected/final set of drawings (647-5804). Previously
approved plans should be submitted to expedite the process.
- Proof of Worker's Compensation Insurance shall be required at the time of permit issuance.
There are some revisions on sheet 2/2 of Technical Site Plan; and sheet RS.1, Reference Site Plan that are not clouded. Please verify these changes and resubmit them for review.
The option ofconverting the Den to a bedroom requires applicant to pay “Park Acquisition and Development Fee” for the proposed new bedroom. Please check with the permit tech. for the amount of this fee.
Provide and show on the plans the smoke alarm for the proposed revision, converting the Den to a bedroom.
Please review these plans and make sure that all the revised sheets are clouded and the revision blocked is reflecting the revision number and revision date. See red marks on sheets: 1.7, 1.8, & 1.9.
The revision to the structural sheets shall be clouded as well. I could not see any clouding in the structural sheets.
