Show drainage and slope away from the new addition on the site plan.
Sheet S-1 Show header size at bedroom #4 window.Specify eave over-hang dimension facing property line. In addition, one-hour fire protection detail is required where the over-hang eave is located between 2 foot to 5 foot from property line. Specify detail “16/SD1” along bedroom #5 exterior wall.
