- Planning Division approval on the corrected/final set of drawings (647-5804.) Previously approved plans
should be submitted to expedite the process.
- Proof of Worker’s Compensation Insurance shall be required at the time of permit issuanceDrawings to be signed and stamped by Mr. David Hawkins (Registered Professional engineer) who has signed and stamped the structural calculations. The report for verification of existing foundation by FDH Velocitel office to be signed and stamped by a California Civil/structural engineer.
